The distinction between "beginners see in parts" and "experts see in patterns" makes so much sense! I am going to slow way down and try to notice what my instincts are actually revealing about the underlying parts of my process. Super useful post.

I try and do these exercises with emotions and daily decisions, but I've never used it retrospectively in my business. Sounds like fun!
