I had a few other thoughts after the interview - one of which is that when you realize people (meaning more than one) are misunderstanding (or not adopting) the message you're trying to convey, that becomes your evidence / data that an opportunity exists to refine your approach. It often indicates that a process could be beneficial because there's likely a common gap that can be addressed. So I hope that's helpful too - process isn't just for process sake, it should be solving a real 'problem' IMO, and this is such a fantastic topic to study. I encourage people to take part in it. Lack of adoption as evidence of a need for refinement is another great insight that I think experts may be susceptible to overlook or mislabel is as a lack of effort on the part of the learner/novice rather than an opportunity to look at the process.
